We just made up of 1,000 gallons in our garden pond. The bottle says, initially for up to 500 gallons. We have 10 assorted fish in our pond. And they do, are great. If you use this product to a pond, you might, you can use it in an area of the pond with a pump. Thus, the liquid can quickly distrubute. In a few seconds of the pond for fish is ready.
